XmlDecode.CheckTagName: ROOT tag is missing

This error can occur during login for a few reasons;

1. The username entered does not match case-sensitively to the user you created. (e.g. MyUser is not the same as myuser)

2. You attempted to login too quickly after the user was created. Please try again in the next 5 minutes.
